The journey begins in Paro before continuing to Thimphu, Bhutan’s vibrant capital, where you will experience the Memorial Chorten, Buddha Dordenma, Changangkha Temple and traditional Bhutanese culture at Simply Bhutan.
From Thimphu, travel through the spectacular Dochula Pass to Punakha, the former capital of Bhutan, exploring Chimi Lhakhang, Sangchen Dorji Lhuendrup Nunnery, Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten, Punakha Dzong and the famous suspension bridge.
Continue to the peaceful Phobjikha Valley and Gangtey, home to the endangered Black-necked Crane and surrounded by beautiful mountain landscapes. Enjoy nature walks, visit Gangtey Monastery and experience the valley’s tranquil rural lifestyle.
The final part of the journey takes you to Paro, where you will explore the National Museum, Rinpung Dzong and traditional Bhutanese dress before completing the journey with a hike to the legendary Tiger’s Nest Monastery.
